The item will be folded for shipment which may result in creased.Following are some ways to remove the creased：

1. You can iron the back side (not the image side) at appropriate temperature (Just like iron your cloth ) to remove the wrinkle. To avoid possible steam damage, place a layer of dry cloth between the backdrop and the iron.
just quickly swipe it over the crease (with the lowest possible setting you still need to be really fast), or you'll melt the fabric

2. Or you can roll it tightly with a cylindrical object and leave if for a while.
