Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, contact us at info@ziaraworld.com within 30 days of delivery.
Important: Returns must be approved before being sent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, Missing Items)
You must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU & UK Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after:
- The returned item is received and inspected
- The return is approved
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations (Chargeback Protection)
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items not returned in original condition
- Claims made after the stated reporting window
- Incorrect or incomplete return submissions
- Delivery marked as successful by courier tracking
- Refusal to accept delivery
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
Ziara World monitors return and refund activity to prevent misuse.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service for excessive returns
- Deny refunds where fraudulent activity is suspected
- Request additional verification before processing refunds
