How to use:

- One should not directly strike the outside of the bowl but gently rubbed and circled along the edge of the bowl to make a sound, in an upright position, giving about half the length of the wand to the bowl surface near the top rim, then "follow the sound around the bowl, " with the wand or mallet, enhancing the duration and loudness of the tone.
- Each practitioner has a unique style of sounding the bowls. Some will move the wand or mallet clockwise for specific intentions, while others prefer a counter-clockwise motion, or a combination.

Note:
1 When the crystal bowl is singing, please avoid touching it with your right hand and wait for the sound to naturally stop to prevent the music bowl from becoming hoarse
2. When the suede mallet is missing, please do not use other tools to knock it, as it may cause the bowl to break or be damaged
3. When the music bowl is sounding, please do not put your head into the bowl to avoid shaking your ears
4. The use of crystal bowls belongs to natural therapy and cannot replace medical treatment
5. When using multiple crystal bowls at the same time, please maintain a distance of at least 20-30cm. The extra large bowl spacing should be further apart to prevent crystal bowls from shaking each other and causing breakage.
